IMPORTANT – PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE LIVE STREAM SITTING OPEN ON A COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. Remember we are operating on cellular data and we don’t want to risk any of the service providers throttling back our data transmissions and possibly causing a lag in the detection of an intrusion.

  • Short periods of live viewing are no problem at all.

Footage Requests – If you ever have a need for footage of an incident to be pulled or researched, please go to Footage Request Form or you can scroll to the bottom of the home screen on our website under “Resources” and click “Client Video Request” . Once we have that info, we’ll get to work pulling your footage.

We get the question a lot, “Why can’t I search through prior footage on the cameras on my site?”. The only reason we don’t give that access is that as you know our systems are running on cellular modems to transmit the alarms to our surveillance operations center. Although all of our data plans are “unlimited”, the carriers still have the ability to throttle back data speeds if we exceed certain limits.

Our primary concern/responsibility for your site is its security, and for this reason, we do everything in our power to ensure the data speeds remain at the fastest speeds possible. Anytime footage is being downloaded or cameras are being live streamed it is using data. So, the quicker we can get into the specific event footage and get it downloaded the better.

The secondary reason is to take work off of your plate, your time is valuable and anything we can do to help you gain that time back we will.
